Salty Brine State Beach is a pleasant little urban park dedicated to the state's most famous radio personality: Salty Brine. Its 1.1 acres are dominated by a lovely pier, which attracts an array of fisherman, as well as walkers who wish to view private and commercial fishing boats as they come and go from Block Island Sound. It lies beside Scarborough State Beach just west of Fishermen's Memorial State Park.
Open late May - early Sep: daily, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Entry $12-$14 per car.
